Do you offer mobile eye exams?
We're currently exploring options for refreshing your prescription on-site through different telehealth technologies. However, at this time we are unable to provide eye exams. Please bring a valid prescription to your appointment or have it handy when using our online ordering portal.
Do you accept vision insurance?
In order to keep our costs reasonable and affordable, we are not direct in network providers for any vision insurance plan at this time. Insurance typically dictates pricing and payouts and therefore leads to increased costs to the consumer. We can assist with filing out of network benefits through your insurance provider. When using out of network benefits you get our great deals and reimbursement from your insurance in addition.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our independent lab has cutting edge technology to ensure your glasses arrive accurately and within a reasonable time. Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses it takes an estimated 2 week time for order to be completed.
What areas do you service?
We are offering our mobile prescription glasses and lens replacement services to the following counties: Lake, Cuyahoga, and Geauga County Ohio. We ship our deals nationwide and can provide a shipping label for all replacement lens services
