Valid Prescription: By placing an order for prescription eyewear, you verify that you possess a valid, unexpired prescription issued by a licensed eye care professional. You agree that the data you enter into the Service matches this prescription exactly.

No Contact Lenses: We generally do not sell contact lenses. Our services are focused on prescription eyewear and frames.

Always seek the advice of your physician, optometrist, or ophthalmologist with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or vision issue.

3. Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

Inventory: We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to revise or cease to make available any Goods at any time without prior notice.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for Goods at any time prior to accepting an Order.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of items, or errors in Your order.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, because prescription lenses are custom-manufactured medical devices tailored to your specific vision needs, our policy is as follows:

A. Return Policy

Frames Only: Returns are accepted for new, unworn eyeglass frames within 30 days of delivery. The frames must be in their original packaging and condition.

Prescription Lenses: Once prescription lenses have been cut and installed into frames, they are not eligible for a cash refund, as they cannot be resold. However, we may offer a store credit toward a new pair at our sole discretion.

B. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a one-time exchange privilege within the first 30 days of receipt to ensure you are happy with your vision and style.

Exchanges: You may exchange your glasses for a different pair within this 30-day window.

Upgrades: If you choose to exchange for a more expensive frame or lens package (an "upgrade"), you are responsible for paying the difference in price.

No Cash Refunds: If the exchange results in a lower price, the difference will be issued as store credit, not a cash refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Thriftys Optical LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
